Our materials:

Steel

All steel components are made of SPCC Grade 1 zinc electro-plated steel sheets with Cold Rolled Carbon Steel as base metal complying

with JIS G3141. The most common specification for our products ranges from 0.6mm to 2.0mm.

Paint Finishes

All steel components are coated with a thermoset TGIC free polyester-epoxy powder finish that meets BS6497:1980, the coating supplier

is also an ISO9001 certified company.

The pre-treatment process:

Pre-treatment process as part of a complete metal finishing system can certainly help to raise the value and life span of metallic

products. Our pre-treatment process is procedure complying with BS6497:

Degreasing

All steel components are completely deducted, and cleaned free of all contaminants, oil, grease and loose foreign matter by chemicals

and filtered water blasting.

De-rusting

All components are thoroughly de-rusted by chemical blasting followed by a water rinse.

Surface conditioning

It is a process to condition steel surface in order to provide fine and uniform phosphate coating.

Phosphating

It is a chemical process to form inorganic conversion coatings which are strongly bonded to metallic surface by a chemical reaction

between the phosphate chemicals and metal. The coasting provides high protection against corrosion and remarkable improves the

adhesive power of paint finishes.
